Dr. Blake tells intern Mei that interns fetch coffee, not diagnoses. When a VIP patient crashes, Blake grabs the paddles. Mei spots the real cause—and the patient owns the hospital.

Action: Mr. Hale collapses on the bed. Monitors scream.
Dr. Blake：“Cardiac arrest! Paddles!”

Mr. Hale：“I own this hospital, Doctor.”
Mr. Hale：“She leads. You fetch coffee.”

Action: Blake hands Mei a coffee, jaw clenched.
Mei：“Two sugars, thanks.”
